CORES OVER 80"- Ehrhardt Tool new way of auto-brazing long outdoor coils. This unique concept in design allows the system to be close to the ground with no pit eliminating the high climb that operators would normally have to ascend. It also displays the core at an ergonomic angle that the operators can use to better see the finished braze and perform leak tests. HIGHER SPEED AND BETTER QUALITY- Ehrhardt Tool total control burner system allows you to modulate blower speed electronically. Changes in blower speed create matching changes in gas flow to give you a wide range of BTU values. When combined with variable belt speed and manifold adjustment your process is completely in your control, electronically, and without having to make hand adjustments to flow scopes, air dampers etc.. ALUMINUM CORE PROCESS CAPABILITY- Previously just a dream, our close tolerance heating system allows you to process aluminum cores in the same fashion as copper.
