Cyber Tech's Mini-Brazer MB-6 is a cost effective solution to work cell automation as compared to hand torch brazing. Combine two of these units and one operator can produce almost as much work as a rotary without the complications of indexing and multiple fixtures. The Mini-Brazer offers flexibility and is designed for quick change-over. Functions (heat, air and water cool) are PLC controlled for easy set-up and repeatability. Either single or multiple fixtures drop into place and can be rotated or locked into a fixed position and torches rock or slide into position. With the push of a button, the torches will oscillate to improve uniform heat transfer onto the part. Various combustion systems are available depending on the heat requirements of your specific needs.        By adding our unique CyberTech wire Feed System you can braze or solder your products with higher quality results and save much of the labor and material costs of other alloy form choices.
