CyberTech's Automatic Wire Feed Systems can braze or solder your products with higher quality results and substantial savings over the labor and material costs of other alloy choices. Our system was designed specifically for feeding brazing and soldering alloys on automated production machines. The system is unique in that it features five (5) different control features including part preheat time, wire feed time, past post-heat time, and wire speed offering flexibility in optimizing the set-up for feeding a consistent amount of braze or solder alloy form part to part.
       Assembled as an Linear Motion Slide System, it can easily be added to existing brazing and soldering machines or incorporated into new equipment systems to provide improved reliability of operation and significant overall costs savings. The system accommodates wire diameters between .025 to .125 to be precisely and reliably fed at most production metal joining requirements.
       The CyberTech Wire Feed Systems are virtually maintenance free and offer a variety of feeder tubes sized for your specific application with the option to feed different amounts of wire simultaneously into different joints as required.
